Profile

Your profile is your identity on SkillBridge. It is visible to organization admins when they review volunteer applications.

Editing your profile

Go to Profile from the top navigation. You can update:

• Display name
• Bio — a short description of yourself and your volunteering interests
• Skills — the skills you offer as a volunteer

Changes are saved immediately.

Privacy

Your profile information is visible to other members of any organization you belong to. Your name and avatar are also visible to any logged-in volunteer in the Community directory. It is not publicly searchable by anyone outside the platform.

Request your data

From the Privacy tab on your profile, click Download My Data to get a JSON file containing everything SkillBridge stores about you: your profile, skills, weekly availability, organization memberships, event registrations, and feedback.

Delete your account

From the same Privacy tab, you can click Delete My Account to permanently delete your account. This removes all of your data, including any organizations you created and everything tied to them (their events, registrations, and members). This action cannot be undone.
