Events

Events are activities organized by an organization that volunteers can register for.

Event lifecycle

  1. Draft — created by an admin, not yet visible to members
  2. Published — visible to members; registrations open
  3. Ongoing — event is in progress
  4. Completed — event has ended

Registering for an event

  1. Open an organization and go to Events.
  2. Click an event to view its details.
  3. Click Register — you will be added to the attendee list.

You can cancel your registration before the event starts from the same page.

Teams within events

Some events have structured teams. After registering, an admin may assign you to a team. You will receive a notification when assigned.

Feedback

After an event ends, you may receive a prompt to leave feedback. Feedback helps organizers improve future events.
